SCALE Architecture is a Sydney based practice committed to excellence in Architecture, design and urbanism. SCALE is a multiple award winning practice led by Matt Chan, established in Amsterdam (2002) and Sydney (2004).
Our growing portfolio is extended by collaboration with architects, planners, artists and students both locally and internationally. The studio’s focus on architecture is cross fertilised by our active engagement in research, education, publication, exhibition and talks.
An agile and responsive practice, SCALE provides clients with extensive one-on-one contact with high-level design professionals. The individual care and attention we provide is supplemented on an as-need basis by our broad-based, well-established network of collaborators and consultants. This allows us to quickly ramp up capacity when required, while staying efficient and mobile.
At SCALE, we believe each project represents a unique opportunity to research, innovate and achieve design excellence.
